Bomar Street House Church
The Bomar street community is our most established community. This community is attempting to reach Montrose residents who are seeking freedom from the addictive bondage of drugs/alcohol/sex. As this house church community grows, it will seek to transform the recovery system in Montrose. Jim and Betty Herrington serve as pastors Bomar Street. The community’s current plan includes a discipleship house (Alpha House) for men in recovery. Currently four men live in the Alpha House. We also are working on raising up disciples who serve as sponsors to those in AA. Our long-term hope is for a recovery center that would allow a group of men and women to do 30-90 days of first stage recovery.
